By placing a wholesale order with us, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth below.

MINIMUMS

Our minimum opening order is $150. Minimum reorder is $100. MOQs per style apply. (please reference our catalog for MOQs).

pricing

Prices are listed in USD. Shipping fees are not included in the listed wholesale price. Product pricing may be adjusted without notice.

Display

Our products must be displayed in their original packaging. Sets may not be broken up. Online stores must credit Ellen Davis Creative in all product listings. Selling our products on Amazon, Etsy, or eBay is strictly forbidden.

payment

We accept payment via credit card or bank transfer. Payment in full is required prior to shipping. Your shipping fee will be calculated and included in your bill at time of shipment.

Shipping

Many of our items are print-on-demand. We typically ship out orders within 14 days. Please allow additional processing time after markets or during the holiday season. Orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees.

Returns & exchanges

All orders are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please report any damages or order issues within 5 days of receipt.
